Welcome to 2024 Los Amigos Eclipse Party Registration Page Please read these instructions before signing up. Note: There is no guarantee or refunds for weather. In the event of overcast skies, the party will still go with the hope that the skies will clear up. Even in the event of severe weather and the party being cancelled, there will still not be a refund. By signing up and paying for this event you agree that you are committed to this event. Furthermore, upon signing up there will be no refund for cancellation unless the trip goes beyond 200 participants and Los Amigos finds someone to take your place. Contact the trip leader if you have questions. 1. This signup page is the official signup for the party. 2. When you begin the sign up, you will have the choice of signing up yourself, a member in your registration (family member), or a non-member guest. This will take you through several pages where you will indicate the status of any guests you are signing up. 3. The process will automatically require the Eclipse Party Venue fee for everyone signing up. This fee will require a pre-selection of a menu item for the individual being signed up during the signup process. This could be yourself and any guests. Please be sure of your menu selection for yourself and all guests before signing up (see below). We may not be able to make changes after you make a selection. The Menu items include: 1) Classic cheeseburger with American cheese, 2) Chicken salad sandwich, 3) Tomato basil wrap, 4) Chicken club sandwich with American cheese, and 5) Veggie burger. See Eclipse Party Info page for more details. 4. Select the Bus fee if you wish to ride the bus. You must select the bus for each person in your party that wishes to travel by bus. You can sign up yourself, a family member, or any non-member friend. You are limited to a total of 6 guests. If you would like more guests please contact the trip leader.
